Located in front of the Sanctuary of “São Bento da Porta Aberta” the Park of São Bento covers an area of 2.39 hectares that crossing paths with several physical spaces for all ages providing true moments of leisure. It has a park with two gates, located north and south of the park, where arrives every days of the year, with greater affluence in the summer period pilgrims from various locations, moving to São Bento passing by Abadia. In its infrastructure can find different atmospheres consisting of a picnic area, bar, a boating lake, clearings areas open meadow with trees that punctuate the space, stage area with amphitheater to receive various cultural activities and one children’s park. The presence of water and the extensive vegetation existing vegetation is also a constant, descendant from an water source that origin a refreshing atmosphere.
